Learn to reset your breath by following along with some breathing

Body Scan
Take some time to check in with yourself with a body scan

Flow with WfM online selfcare! Remember to move with what feels best for you today.

Restorative/pose break downs
In this section I break down poses to help you better understand the poses but also to offer alternatives within the pose. Most of these poses are also restorative and help to calm your mind and body

Abdominal Massage
This section includes pre-reading and a video. It is important you complete the pre-reading (listed in the Exercise File) before following along with the video and massaging your abdomen. Please ensure to contact me on with an questions.
