Hello, I’m Yasmin, the owner and Remedial Massage
Therapists at Wellness for ME.
Above anything else I am a mum. My girls are my
world and my journey with them is why I am so passionate about women’s health.
I originally started massaging after enjoying the pampering
side of giving facials, which found me as a RMT at a day spa after completing
my diploma.
I completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage at Natural Health
Academy in 2014. Since then, I have continued to study and became a Practitioner
in Pregnancy, Fertility & Womb Healing massage, Infant Massage & Yoga Instructor.
In recent year my studies have taken me into the world of training & mentoring. I am a qualified Trainer & Assessor and also write my own training to help upskill fellow therapists.
I am always finding something else to learn.
My passion for women’s health grew as I struggled with my own health concerns. Whilst studying in 2014, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and the
concern for having children grew.
My first pregnancy came easy with Marleah born in 2016 but having a second child was not. 2 early miscarriages later, Evelyn was born in 2019.
After Marleah’s birth, I decided to venture further into the world of women’s health with pregnancy and infant massage.
It was not long after I started massaging as a subcontractor working with therapists who helped me to enhance my knowledge further in the sports world where I learnt myofascial cupping.
In 2018 while pregnant with Evelyn, I studied fertility and womb healing massage. This gave me the skills to work with women of all ages to promote life and healing throughout the abdomen.
In 2020 through all the craziness of the year, I decided to focus my massage on Women’s health which is when Wellness for ME (Marleah & Evelyn) was born.
I also strongly believe everyone is different and what works for one may not work for the other, which is why I am happy to have the
conversation with you and help you to find your way.
Your journey is yours not mine or anyone else’s, I would love to help you find what will help you!
